Today was not my best experience. Usually, I would give a 5. New technician today. She was nice but definitely a different experience for me. I’m a bit uncomfortable post treatment and that’s never happened before.

The waxer spilled wax on my took a very long time to complete service. Waxer left a lot of wax behind. I’m home 3-5 hours later still trying to get wax off.
