Val did great! It was my first time going to her and I was a bit nervous but I just gave it a try. When I say she got every hair from the nooks and crannies lol . I was very pleased. I also took an ibuprofen 45 mins before my appointment for the first time. So, that could’ve made a difference too. But overall, I wouldn’t mind going back to her.

I had a Brazilian wax, but there was still a lot of hair and chunks of wax left. I would have felt better if the waxer had informed me beforehand that she would have to leave some hair, but I had to check myself and bring it up before she left the room. She said she didn’t want to compromise my skin, but I believe that should have been a discussion she had with me, knowing there was a significant amount of hair left. At the very least, I wish she had removed the leftover wax, because I had to rip it out myself.
I have had better and more comfortable experiences elsewhere, I was recommended this place by a friend who gets her waxing done here. I feel my appointment was very rushed, the wax was too hot & the waxer also left a lot of wax on my skin.
