Needed an emergency visit and this was not our regular office but they got my daughter in with in an hour. Incredibly nice and professional. She took the discomfort away until we’re able to see our regular orthopedic doctor. Very grateful for the staff at this location.
Always a great experience for my kids. Appointments are quick and the kids love the goody bag they get to take home. I work at A WIC office and always recommend clients to this dental office.
I don’t get how they keep you accountable if you’re 10 minutes late for your appointment . But they can run 30 to 45 minutes behind schedule. I have gone three times and all three times I have waited past my appointment. Why even have an appointment. If I hadn’t already fully paid for the braces I would go somewhere else. They don’t run on time ever. I have other places to go rather than hanging out at orthodontist office for a couple of hours
I took 2 of my kids here for an annual cleaning. It was our first time at this establishment. They were x-rayed, cleaned, flossed, polished, given a flouride treatment, and saw the dentist in less than 30 minutes. Total. That was the both of them. I asked about tooth placement for some teeth my son had pulled and they couldn't tell me. I'm not sure what exactly they x-rayed but I was not impressed. For a first visit I felt it was extremely rushed and questionable. We will not return.
Love taking my son here! The dentist and the techs are soooo helpful, and FAST. I’m always out of there in less than an hour! Even with 2 fillings! Super efficient staff 💜
