My 7 year old needed to get a few caps. He is absolutely terrified of the dentist. First place we took him he flipped out because they started touching him and moving him and didn't explain to him anything that was going on so we stopped the procedure and left. We found Rio Grande children's dentistry in Los lunas and my kids will never go to another office. Closed without notice often so are NOT available for emergencies. Spent HOURS on phone with them and several days (after taking forever to get a human and several calls to different departments) only to find out they input contract wrong. They’ve been charging me DOUBLE what I’m supposed to pay. The doctor is often over an hour behind schedule and doesn’t notify anyone of that. They just expect you to wait. Difficult to get appts because ALL doctors are from out of state which is why you can’t ever get in for emergencies. We... read more
Needed an emergency visit and this was not our regular office but they got my daughter in with in an hour. Incredibly nice and professional. She took the discomfort away until we’re able to see our regular orthopedic doctor. Very grateful for the staff at this location.
Dr. Sabinsky and his team are great! They made my daughter’s experience pleasant and comfortable and didn’t hesitate to address my concerns at the time of the visit. Thank you all for your excellent patient care!
Such a very good place for kids! Staff is very friendly and respectful, never had issues been taking my kids there for the past 10 years!
