We used to LOVE Rio Mambo but the last time we were there the waiter was not friendly at all. He acted like he was disgusted that he was there and had to wait on us. Also about 4 years ago my son and Grandson were dining there with some friends and all of the sudden my Grandson heard something under the table. Horrible drinks. Really bad Never full water Mushy torts on my chicken piria tacos soupy mushy chicken
The wait staff was horrible
Went there Tuesday and had their lettuce wraps very greasy couldn't pick up the wrap and eat it so had to eat it in pieces very disappointed 😢
We have visited the Arlington location and loved it! We found that the FW location is closer to our home so we were thrilled! However, we were very disappointed! It looks old and dark inside. Our waitress didn't refill our drinks, a man came by and did it. We will not be back to this location! The service was not good at all!!!
I understand that it was Mother's Day, but the restaurant should have staffed it better. The poor waiters were over worked...which caused very bad service. I heard one man ask a waiter for silverware and the waiter said he would bring some in a min. The man told him he would just go get it himself that he had already ask 4 times for it. My friends food came out but I didn't get mine for 15 mins. Wasn't a very good experience.
