The [new?] "power washer" is wonderful! Katrina has always done an excellent job at cleaning my teeth, anyway, but this morning's cleaning was "over the top!" Everybody at Dr. Rippe's office has always been friendly and professional. Not only is he very attentive when numbing his patients and making sure they're comfortable during procedures, he and his staff are also very helpful with general advice about taking care of my sensitive teeth. Had my first appointment with Dr. Liu today. From the moment I walked thru the front doors I was greeted with a smile from everyone I had contact with. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. They explained everything regarding my insurance and their procedures. Felt very at ease. That's saying a lot for a dentist office. I would HIGHLY recommend This office and Dr. Liu.

Dr. Liu has been the only dentist that's been able to figure out what the problem is with a corwn I've had since childhood. He explains things very clearly and his friendly attitude makes everything that much more comfortable. I'm so very happy to have found him and recommend him to everyone that I can.
