The staff at Rippe dental was and always are extremely friendly, professional and do everything to make me feel comfortable. My only complaint today despite a delay in being seen, which I understand happens at times, is with the late afternoon receptionist who was argumentative with me at check out when discussing the purpose of my next visit. I had a good experience
Cleaned my teeth.
Huge fail. Zero concern for my isue of a rotted tooth thats got a huge whole, rotted 2/3 away. All they do is schedule me in Feb for a cleaning!
New patient. Massive disappointment. Have a rotted tooth, gaping hole, 2/3 broken, major concern. They do NOTHING about this tooth, but happily schefule me for a Feb cleaning. WTF??
