Natalie was great. She came on a Saturday! Got things set up and I had my new floors by Wednesday afternoon! The contractors that arrived were very pleasant and remembered me from the last time! The installers were nice and efficient. They finished in a timely manner and cleaned up perfectly. It was as if they hadn’t been there, except for the beautiful new carpet.
