Sarah was helpful in helping us decide which type of tile we should use, and guided us through the process of going to the tile distributor to choose the right tile. The installers were here each day on time, worked hard to get it done right in a very professional manner. I would hire Rite Rug again for any future needs.

Carpet looks great, but there was some scarring/scratching of the walls and bannisters in the stairwell and hallway. However, I understand this is almost unavoidable given the shoe of the stairwell. Overall I’m very pleased with the results.

VERY IMPRESSED from start to finish. Our rep Natalie was fabulous. Very fast response and she got the installation done in 48 hours. AND their pricing was 23% less than EMPIRE and 34% less than 50 FLOOR. Highly recommend them....

Natalie was great. She came on a Saturday! Got things set up and I had my new floors by Wednesday afternoon! The contractors that arrived were very pleasant and remembered me from the last time!
