I recently had carpet installed in the livingroom, hallway, and 2 bedrooms from RiteRug. I have nothing but glowing recommendations for this company and the work they performed! My home has been transformed and I am so very grateful! I recently made a deal with Kevin W*****, my in home sales rep for new wood floors. Kevin was a man of his word, no hidden pricing. We ran into issues with an uneven sub floor and Kevin had the problem resolved & completed within 24hrs. He promptly returned phone calls and made sure the project was done on budget and on time. I highly recommend Kevin.

The installation itself was riddled with problems. The crew did not complete the job on the scheduled day, and no one from RiteRug proactively informed us of this. We had to reach out ourselves to point out that an entire room had been left completely untouched. Trim work throughout the home was also left unfinished.Once the installation was "complete," the quality issues became apparent. Regret doing business with this company. Explained to salesperson before I agreed to purchasing that I am a senior citizen and am disabled and could not do any heavy lifting. On the day of the installation the installers begrudgingly moved the heavy items. After the finished the install I noticed that they had scratched some of the flooring. I was told to get some **** dish soap and that would take care of it. It didn't. So the same people who did the installation came back today for the repairs. Be careful hiring RiteRug. We had carpets installed in a home we recently purchased. After the installation was complete, I noticed a couple days later that valuables were missing. I notified RiteRug of the incident, they apologized and suggested I file a police report, which I did. I have not since heard from ************************* least act like you care.

Initial encounter: the salesperson ***** was very professional, communicative, and engaging. He showed me his samples and helped to find the right flooring for me. The installation team were professional, polite, and skilled.
