I had a great experience with our new floors! From the very beginning, when Rachel came out to provide the estimate, the entire process was easy and professional. The installation went smoothly, the team did a fantastic job, and they were respectful of my home throughout the process-leaving everything so clean when they left. I absolutely love how the floors turned out and would highly recommend them!

Lauren was excellent. She explained the process, walked thru the house to let me know if I needed to move anything else. She brought samples and helped me choose the best match since I needed to match existing carpet. On carpet day the manager sent a text to let me know when to expect the crew. The crew was on time, respectful and cleaned up after themselves, carried the carpet remnant to basement for me, moved furniture back where it was.
