I set up an in home consult with Rite Rug online. Kevin W****t arrived on time and was so professional. He answered all my questions and left me with a quote. I had another company later the same day. They were late and the consult was unprofessional and was poorly done. Rite Rug's quote was so much lower, so I chose Rite Rug. Amanda E***, Rite Rug Customer Service, ROCKS. We recently had to have the carpet in our master bedroom replaced because of a water leak from the bathroom. A third party (one responsible for the leak situation) paid for the carpet replacement by Rite Rug. Unfortunately there were issues with the replacement carpet and installation.
