Scott T***** from RiteRug Flooring gave me an excellent price, plus great product and service. I had carpet, ceramic tile and kitchen backsplash installed and the end result exceeded my expectations. I want to commend the Customer Service Dept. at Rite Rug, especially Tiera S*****. I experienced issues/problems with the installation of my new flooring and Tiera was extremely helpful and resolved all of my issues/problems and made everything right. She was a pleasure to work with as was the Sales people at Rite Rug ****** (Travis and Rick). Their Installation sub-contractors need improvement.

Our floor was laid incorrectly but Bette Roberts referred us to Customer Services rep Tiera S***** to resolve the issue. She was polite, helpful and we reached a mutually satisfactory solution. Great customer service!

I am happy with the service provided by salesperson Mike S****. He made positive suggestions about the carpeting choices, and encouraged me to take samples home on various occasions until I felt satisfied with the selection,. The installers did a good job. I would suggest that the install department notify customers the morning of the install with an estimated time of arrival. We had some concerns regarding the original carpet installation, after the results of an independent inspector, we were contacted by Tammela M******* of Rite Rug, she directed us through the process for a reselection and carpet installation, completed June 22, 2017. We visited the RiteRug booth at the ******** Home and Garden Show. We were interested in the Luxury Vinyl Flooring and we were pleased with the selection they had to offer. We spoke with David B********* at the show and he thoroughly explained and showed us all of the products they had to offer. We set up a time for David to come over to show us our options. I had a fantastic experience purchasing carpet for my new home from Rite Rug. We were moving into the home and needed a quick turnaround on the carpet order and install. Our salesman, Jeff, told us that he would take care of it and he delivered. The installers were efficient and left no mess. There were loose floor boards on our 2nd story that creaked. I asked the installers to tighten these down to remedy the noise, and they did so to my satisfaction. I strongly recommend Rite Rug to anyone seeking new carpet.
