I recently had Rite Rug install new vinyl flooring. My sales rep Kevin W***** was very knowledgeable and helpful with my choice and everything was ordered correctly. I had a great experience with Rite Rugs in home shopping. Kevin W***** arrived at my home on time and prepared with several different carpets to meet my needs. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the different kinds of carpet. The installation was great as well. The installers were promote, courteous and very clean. I will definitely use Rite Rug again!!

Rite Rug and our salesperson Jim L********** were fantastic to work with. Jim came out twice to bring samples and spent several hours with my husband and I to pick out both carpet and tile floors. Prices were fantastic and once we were ready to start the job, Rite Rug was too. The tile guys (Jimmy and his crew) were amazing and timely. Carpet guys were as well. I had laminate hardwood flooring installed in my rental house about a year ago, My tenant calls me and says that the trim pieces has broken off, I went over to investigate and it looked like the molding had been modified to make it fit. I called customer care and sent some pictures over, in a few days I received a call saying they would replace the trim with the correct trim. We were putting our house up for sale and wanted to replace the carpet and put down vinyl planking in our master bathroom. We scheduled the bathroom flooring first. During the tear up process of the existing flooring the installers broke the water line behind the toilet causing water to shoot out for five minutes before the main water line was turned off. After buying our first home, we knew wanted to change the flooring on our entire first floor. We looked everywhere to find floors that we liked and we were about to place an order with another flooring company, but decided to look at one more place, RiteRug.
