Well Friday Marion came out and partly repaired a leak in my downstairs bathroom. This was an ongoing incident since Feb where the job had never properly been down. Marion was able to stabilize the problem on Friday and was completely professional and cleaned up after himself. He his back today so will report on final progress once completed.

Management and maintenance are great! It is an older complex but with that you get well built. Anywhere you live will have issues but the manager & maintenance (Ashley and Gary) are amazing and they do a great job.

The staff at Riverhill has been exceptional as we settle in. From needing to change the move in date to finding a suitable unit when the original needed repairs, the move in process has been a breeze. Any needs have been met, usually the same day. They are friendly, caring and understanding. Prompt responses to questions and requests are always the norm. They have made a difficult time, for my family, much easier. We're very thankful.

Inquired about a townhouse and was quickly responded to by the manager even though they aren't in office or doing tours, we were able to see a unit and have all of our questions answered.
