Well Friday Marion came out and partly repaired a leak in my downstairs bathroom. This was an ongoing incident since Feb where the job had never properly been down. Marion was able to stabilize the problem on Friday and was completely professional and cleaned up after himself. He his back today so will report on final progress once completed.

Management and maintenance are great! It is an older complex but with that you get well built. Anywhere you live will have issues but the manager & maintenance (Ashley and Gary) are amazing and they do a great job.
