Building is great, building staff are great. Management is awful.
Dealing with Riverplace is a huge headache to get your security deposit. I’ve lived here two times and there won’t be a third. The first time in 2002 they kept my security deposit for an entire year after I moved out because they “transferred” my deposit to the current tenant??? So that tenant lived security deposit free for a year! Then when I moved out August 31, 2017, they mailed my security deposit to the wrong address so I never got it.
