New management and renovations underway! River Valley Flats are the old vista place apartments under new ownership and management. The properties getting a much needed face lift and renovations are well under way. RVF already had new roofs across all 7 buildings, new exterior lighting and in unit renovations completed for a 1/3 of the property. The rest of the apartments are scheduled to be completed by December of 2026! The premium apartments have granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and new sinks/faucets!
Great place to live River valley flats is very close to Arkansas tech making it convenient maintenance gets on work orders promptly
