Very disappointed in the office staff. I was a new patient scheduled for a 3:10 appointment. I arrived early to do paperwork. Due to the corona virus social distancing standard all patients were asked to wait in their cars for a phone to call to come inside (not a problem considering the circumstances). The temperature was 90 degrees outside so the a/c in the car was running. At 3:40 I called to ask how much longer it would be. Kristi was very kind and provided excellent customer service.
