Well run. Would like to have seen staff at the end of the trip to help some people get out who were having a lot of trouble walking on the slippery rocks. My daughter, husband and I had to jump off our tubes early to go help two people.. The groupon that included the great BBQ lunch was more fun and a better deal. Looking for that one again.
The three hour length of time on the river was excessive for a family with children, it was simply a very slow raft down a very shallow segment of the river. I would recommend a two hour length for a family with children, max. Opportunities to explore a bank or areas designated for swimming would break up the course. Also, a bit of history about the river, the area and the company would be great. Assistance should also be offered at the end of the course, if anyone needs assistance exiting the river.
