I liked the convenience of the casino to the room. The room was clean, and I liked the way the beds are made. There was a sheet above and below the comforter for cleanliness. Water pressure was great. The hot water in the shower doesn't get hot enough to require any cold water. When you flush the toilet, it sounded like a jet airplane winding up for takeoff. No problem for me but the neighbors might have not appreciated it. The heating system is loud when it starts. All in all though I had a great stay.

Like that i had somewhat of a view of the river. Didnt care for the snackbar type dining for such a more quality hotel

The staff was excellent Zaina sp and Brittney upon check-in were friendly, personable, but the room was not clean, the window was streaked, it was dusty particularly in the corners in the bathroom but all over, it just didn't even feel clean. There was a used band-aid on the bathroom sink and later floor since it was knocked off by either me or my guest. I certainly didn't want to touch it.
