Greatly Enjoy My Winter Home I am approaching 5 years as a seasonal resident, and greatly enjoy every aspect of spending my winters at Riverwalk Pointe. The facilities and planned activities are excellent plus the residents are virtually all most enjoyable to have as friends and neighbors. I have lived in a number of apartment and condominium complexes throughout many decades, and the combination of on-site management and maintenance staff is the best I have experienced throughout this entire time period.
