the floors and chairs were quite dirty in our eating area
We must have hit Rize on a bad day. The service was poor and the food was poor in so many ways. I had mushroom toast; the bread was like rubber. The crispy potatoes were tasteless and anything but crispy; they seemed like they were from yesterday and warmed up in the oven and they were not even hot. I sent them back & the second order was nearly as bad as the first . The other meals were adequate , but no one was really impressed with their meal. We take great pride in delighting our guests and being the restaurant of choice here in Fishers and we clearly failed this day. I have addressed the issues with your toast and potato with my chef and are working to correct them immediately.
