I told Rizkalla the Novocain wasn't ready. He told me I was wrong. Started to drill and I started to scream in pain. Worst experience ever with a dentist.
My husband have been going to Riskilla for years. Best dentist in Plymouth. Would not go to anyone else. Live in Florida now we came back to Plymouth for 2 weeks called for an appt for a cleaning got one right away. Can't say enough about the Rizkallas they r the best
Very upset this morning after my wife and daughter both had cleanings today. My daughter was covered under insurance. No one on the office had the sense or just didn't care to tell my wife that she went over the limit for the year. So it cost my wife $220 or a cleaning. They just cared about the money not the patient. I have noticed my self that the staff the last few years has been very rude.
