Great RV, great value, great phone assistance while we had some minor issues

Overall a great, seamless experience. The only issue I had at all was dealing with an employee at the Denver pickup location. She was extremely rude, treated me like a moron and acted as if me doing business with Road Bear was a huge inconvenience for her. She also lied about certain policies to try to get out of having to do extra work but quickly reversed her lies when I asked for proof of said policies. Easy and good communication with our drop off. RV in great condition with many amenities. Altogether an easy and comfortable experience working with this company and team. Would recommend.
