All in all good experience. Several points of note and possible improvement: The San leandro location is a distance from SFO that travelers should be aware of. The convenience kit should be included as essential parts for an RV trip. The GPS is entirely unnecessary as the rv has CarPlay capability. The RV CANNOT DRIVE ON ANY SNOW, even the tiniest amount will cause the wheels to spin and get stuck.

We rented a van for one month and had a great time with this van. We had some problems along the way and we were helped in a very friendly way during the trip. At the end we were very friendly compensated by the manager and roadbear. We would love to come back next t time.
