CheckIn und check out haben hervorragend funktioniert. Fahrzeug ist gut ausgestattet und in gutem Zustand. Wir hätten uns die Möglichkeit gewünscht, Fahrräder zu mieten. Leider lassen sich die schweren Klappen der Staufächer in geöffneter Position nicht feststellen.

We were very satisfied with Road Bear. The RV and the overall process were great. We are also very thankful for the opportunity they offered us for rescheduling due to private circumstances. Evereythimg went smooth. Friendly staff.. Only drawback was that they could not be of help with the child seat.

The rv was sadly a little bit worn down, our expectations were higher of Road Bear, but we had a wonderfull trip. The people of Road Bear San Leandro were very nice.

Everything was ok, the RV was in excellent conditions and very comfortable. As a suggestion, it would be useful to have some guide with campground information. We know everything can be found online,, but at times there is no connection. The staff were very attentive and efficient, especially Victor who very patiently assisted us.

We had an amazing time in California and what an experience to explore it with an RV! It was really comfortable to travel and stay in the RV. The people at Road Bear were really friendly and told us everything about how to use it. It was a bit difficult to install the car seat but after that we were on our way. The RV was quite new so we had a vehicle with Apple Car Play to play music while driving. And there was even a dimmer for the lightning to make it more cozy.
