The introduction at the factory was very good. There was something wrong with one of the locks and that was fixed immediately. Also th the return of the rv was good and smoothly.

This was my first trip in U.S. It was amazing. I have seen many places on my way. Every things of the RV works. But one thing is not so good. All the drawers was opened by herself during driving. One is broken. It will be better, there are locks on it. Takeover was not so good. I'm the last one and something wasn't not explained. Especially things for using RV. I'm not interesting for looking tv and the radio. But it was not so important, I have an RV myself. Thank you for the trip. I think, I will do it again.

Excellent service provided by road bear. Had a great roadtrip in a new motorhome. Even after an unfortunate collision, their service remained great and everything was handled in a professional and friendly manner

It was a beautiful memory to travel around the United States, with this RV it had all the things you need for a long travel. And the service off road bear was very good ,the replay wen you call them was good
