we had a wonderful experience with Road bear. Everything was arranged well and on our way we had nothing to care for. Before leaving with the rv clear instructions where given, and questions where answered if needed.

susi did assist us very well and told us everything about the RV the manager did his best to shorten our waiting ,time, everybody was really kind and helpfull Rv was super super nice

We had a good experience with RoadBear. We had problems with the rv during our trip. But after a call they helped us out and sent us to the nearby garage. Over there they helped us fixing the problems while RoadBear arranged the paperwork. The employees of the company in San Francisco were friendly and helpfull. When we found out that we had an upgrade to an extra large vehicle they reassured us that we were able to drive the big unit and calmed our nerves.
