Good informed in Las Vegas for pickup and time to be instructed. Thanks to Mike and friendly assistant. Uncomplecatet return in SFO. Everybody friendly. ! Safety belt in the back extremely dangerous. No head holder, not safety as in the front.!!

Nice RV. We had some trouble with the fridge and waterhole, but that was quickly solved after calling the helpdesk.

The service during the pickup and specially the drop off in San Francisco was simple and straightforward. The caravan was well powered and easily handled the mountains. It was also well equipped. We were Satisfied
