Nice and easy pick up with good instructions from nice employees. The vehicle drove very well. Drop off was smooth and easy without any remarks.

The service from pickup to dropoff was super clear, concise, and helpful. Great price for the monster of a vehicle we got too! Five stars!

Great service, only issue was lack of airport shuttle service, this wasn't explained during the booking process

The drive from FL to WA with the RV was an adventure! Thank you El Monte and Road Bear for making it fun and easy. We needed on the phone assistance midwaythru and the customer service agents were incredibly helpful.
