We just finished our 3 weeks cross country Canada trip. We picked up at NJ location and drop-off at Seatle location. Excellent service starting from booking, pickup till the drop off. Sabina and Dominick at south amboy, NJ location were simply amazing. They accommodated the RV of our needs. Vehicle itself was in marvelous conditions. Seven stars across the board. Justin and Sandra were so accommodating and pleasant. They explained everthing thoroughly and really started my trip off on the right foot!

The RV was absolutely a good one and worked without problems. The service was friendly. The only little problem was that the women at the pick up could not give us much information about the regulations about driving in to Canada. After a online chat with the help desk we could get more information. Sadly the chat often timed out.
