Overall good. But the rv instructions at the pickup location in New York could have been better.

Great new RV. Upgrade to an RV with Slide-out and a bigger size was unexpected but nice. The instructions at the beginning were a little bit short. But with the experience we have it wasn't a problem. Fast answers per Mail on requests during the trip. It was perfect and we can recommend it.

EVERTHING worked fine. Great assitance at pickup and returnal. They really took time time explain everything and were always very kind.. can't wait to book a road bear again ! ;)
