Rv was brand new , walk through was very detailed honestly this was the best experience I've had when picking up a rv rental before , last year we had trouble and just were handed our keys and told to go at a different place, so I appreciate road bear being very helpful with explaining every thing heikre was great made the experience very awesome during our drop off I will be back again next year to rent another rv with you guys thank you

Customer service was great and pick up was very easy as well as the drop off would definitely recommend coming here to road bear for your rv rental!

The first time we rented a motorhome from RoadBear was in 2007 and we were impressed with their new, clean motorhomes, great service and very friendly staff. We have been back every year since, apart from the Covid period. We have just come back from USA, enjoying the trip in once again an RV from RoadBear. We understand that the higher price was because of the problems during Covid, but we do hope they won't go up again, so we will be able to travel the States again in one of their smashing RV's!

Except for minor technical inconvenience (dual screen for heating device) the overall experience was great . Service at the home base was excellent, everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The vehicles had been new(3000 miles) were clean and everything was functioning as it should be. I would rebook in a heartbeat.

This was our second Road Bear relocation. The first time (2015) everything was well organized but not this time. The staff in Elkhart was friendly and willing to help us but there were only a few of them and their computer system did not work well. Later we realized that unknowingly we must have booked a test drive (?). Some more coffee, tea and something to eat would have been helpful during our many hours of waiting.
