It was an amazing trip for us with your RV. You are great professionals, everything is prepared before we arrive, all is clearly explained and understandable. Except for minor technical inconvenience (dual screen for heating device) the overall experience was great . Service at the home base was excellent, everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The vehicles had been new(3000 miles) were clean and everything was functioning as it should be. I would rebook in a heartbeat.

This was our second Road Bear relocation. The first time (2015) everything was well organized but not this time. The staff in Elkhart was friendly and willing to help us but there were only a few of them and their computer system did not work well. Later we realized that unknowingly we must have booked a test drive (?). Some more coffee, tea and something to eat would have been helpful during our many hours of waiting. Hardly any explanaion when collecting RV Lots of problems with RV. Online RoadBear difficult to reach

We were contented with most of your service. A RV manual should be given to the customers or placed in the vehicle.

Tamari did a great job checking unit in after our trip. Was quick and easy. Nice to have the shuttle available. Was disappointed with the Coachman unit, floor plan and quality. Carlos was extremely helpful with water heater issue. Unit still had antifreeze in the water system.
