Ted and Camille were both exceptional to deal with. The rv we rented went beyond our expectations.

We want to thank road bear team Denver especially Camille and Ted for the great experience we had with road bear. They were helpful and friendly. Check in and check out we’re fast. We had on the way some problems with the heater and had to buy a thermo cut thing and there was no problem with getting our money back. Also a few things from the convenience kit were not available but if we need them we could buy them and get our money back. So great service and next time we definitely would rent from them again. We have used Roadbear on numerous occasions but i do have to say Ted here at Denver office was just ace, He went out of his way to help in any way he could. He is a knowledge of information and very proud of his depot, and rightly so Many thanks .
