I went in got analysis, picked the correct shoes for me. Only to find out Matt could not find the right side... Bummer. So, I went with another. Did my hike in them that day, they were a bit snug. Decided I would try one more time.. nope! Still tight. Went back right after work, with no receipt , or box... And they exchanged them on the spot! It pays to be VIP! Only complaint... Matt didn't check the display wall. Where the other shoe was this whole time!

First place to offer staff that truly listened to my daughter's concerns; and then get her into shoes that provide the structure she needs plus a look she likes. The fit of a shoe is not based on how a shoe looks on the shelf, Foot Locker.
