Terrible customer service - completely unaware staff except for one guy who tried to get me some assistance. Everyone else was completely obliviously as I waited, supposedly next as two people - who just walked in were helped before me. Was excited to buy a pair of running shoes today - it was a sure sale and they totally failed. Walked out. You guys blew it today.
Awful experience! I`m extremely disappointed. I called the customer service but they wouldn’t help, seems they just didn`t care. Six days ago, on Friday, we were in the RR store (Studio City, CA). Unfortunately they didn`t find the size of running shoes we wanted, so right at the store we ordered a shipping and paid instantly. The manager told us the package would arrive in 2-3 days, but it turned out to be false, he misled us – today is the sixth day and the shoes are not even shipped yet!
