I will have to say I was absolutely not pleased with this location. I went into the store excited and with high hopes to get new running shoes. I ordered shoes over a week ago and I keep getting the run around about the delivery. Then today I find out my Unit Number wasn’t included on the shipping address which Road Runner has in their system. Incompetent people and will never buy from Road Runner again!

VIP is a scam. My friend and I had identical experiences. We read the fine print and discovered that for our "convenience" we would be automatically charged 24.99 per year. I called to cancel and was assured I would not be charged. My friend went in the store and was assured she would not be charged. Checked our bank statements one year later, and we were charged. Use to be an exceptional store. I referred many people there. Over the last two years the customer service has sugnificantly declined and the staff is less than friendly. I am an avid runner and i now tell people to go somewhere rlse.
