Can you please answer emails or fix your phone system so I can find out about an order I placed last week?? I got a confirmation email and then ans email saying there was a problem with shipping that I would hear back by Monday and NOTHING!! I have emailed and called with NO RESPONSE!! On line ordering. There are no status updates. I am now waiting 3 weeks for a pair of shoes. Only found out about 3 week back order because I called to find out what happened to the shoes that were supposed to ship in 3 to 5 days.
