Gave them my state ID card still put wrong address for shipping. They do not even know where my shoes are at? All they know to say is “I am sorry, I am Sorry” and did nothing about it. Their mistake ! I had to call customer service. Tribble experience, regret paying the $40 VIP fee. Will never buy anything from them. Very unsatisfactory experience overall from store to corporate.

Called and message said Holiday hours on Saturday were until 7 pm. Drove 1/2 hour and arrived at 6 pm just as the lights were being turned off. Walk to the front door and the guy inside would not acknowledge me. I then called and someone answered. I explained that their message states they are open during the holidays until 7 pm on Saturdays. He said sorry but we close at 6 pm and the message is wrong. Very disappointed in a store that was highly recommended to me by my physical therapist. Messy, disorganized, unprofessional and not helpful. I had every intention on purchasing multiple shoes and support for my collapsed arches. After a wasted trip to this pathetic excuse for a retail running store, I will be getting real orthotics made by my padiatrist and will let everyone I know to save their time and not waste the trip and aggravation. Not sure what to really rate this place. My second visit was absolutely horrible. I asked to order shoes, and they said that they couldn't and before that repeatedly told me they didn't have the show in a wide...I had to pull it up on my phone and prove them wrong. We waited 45 min for the shoe dog, our associate kept leaving us without explanation. We finally got the manager to help us who was amazing. And who said he could order my shoes.
