Just bought new shoes and accessories from Laura at RRS in Naperville (store 502). Laura was incredibly helpful and patient; a joy to work with and we bought more than planned because of her. We liked Road Runner to begin with, but now we will be asking for Laura when we shop and hope you will too! I hope management recognizes what a great associate they have in Laura; way to go!

The store in Naperville is awesome!! Jack the sales rep guided me through my purchase and was very patient and knowledgeable. My second time purchasing shoes from this location. The entire staff is awesome!!!

Love shopping here, don’t love the employees trying to sell an upgraded VIP membership every time I’m there. I realize there’s probably a quota they have to reach, but I’m there pretty often to buy GU gels and they try to talk me into it every time 😫
Hands down best experience every time I come in there. I've gone to other stores and have waited and waited and waited. Any time I come to Road Runner they greet me and help me immediately. They are patient and so helpful. Only place I'll now shop for my workout shoes!
Great and knowledgeable staff. Also have an awesome selection of shoes. Love the Birkenstock sandals and cute boutique-like collect,however my sale associate/manager kept me focused on supportive shoes- which were much needed. Thanks Eric!!!!
