I purchased a pair of New Balance sneakers on June 6th for $125. The past few weeks the left foot started squeaking with each step I take. I go back today and there is NOTHING they can do. I’ve never spent so much money on sneakers before. My podiatrist recommended this place. They will never see me again. They feel I should contact the manufacturer. I feel they should contact them. It’s their product. Anyway it’s back to Kohls I go!! Not worth it. A very unhappy customer
Very poor customer service today. Virtually ignored. This VIP is taking my business elsewhere.
Only went there one time. Looked around. Didn't buy anything. Just going for a walk. That Mall in North Brunswick has lots of nice stores and great for a walk.
Selection is good but sales people attack you as soon as you get thru the front door. Would like to shop there but unfortunately they make the whole shopping experience uncomfiortable. I wind up going to princeton to buy my running stuff.
