THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I will never go back. The salesperson was so rude. I wanted to give a O star but it was not an option. I want a specific sneakers and the salesperson was fixated on trying to get me to have an evaluation of my foot. When I declined he said, “then I cannot recommend anything”. I was there to buy a specific shoe and he tried to pick out the totally opposite of what I wanted AND what worked for me. He did not listen. Quite possibly the worst retail expierence I have ever had. Store Manager was rude and belligerent, and told me I was a thief for returning some shoes to their store and online over the past few years, with no desire to consider the reasons for return, or the fact that each were replaced with something else. Don't trust their 90 day guarantee, and don't rely on their "experts" to find the right shoe for you. Service wasn't good. Wasn't even acknowledged. There were staff walking past me not working with customers...so it wasn't because they were busy. I will go elsewhere.
