RecommendedJeff and Kim were great and very patient as I kept trying on shoes. It was time to close but neither one of them was rushing us out the door. Great experience and happy they are open in Hilliard now. We will definitely be back.
Avoid if you’re a delivery driver. Have delivered 3 times to this store and each time the employees don’t tip. Shameful. Maybe road runner sports pays them so little they can’t afford to tip appropriately. Idk. Regardless, avoid as a driver.
We were kicked out of the store today for not having a mask on. Meanwhile their employees wore their masks on their chin. The lady kicking us out didn’t a response for that. Lost a $200 sale and any future business.
I've been a VIP member for 20+ years and live in Ohio. I have to say that I used to love their speedy service and reliability. Not any more. I tried to purchase 2 pairs of winter running tights and actually made an online order on 11/28. Called today 12/6 and was informed the computer is still searching for the item but my order will be cancelled soon. My husband has worn Brooks Beast shoes for over 20 years and has loved them!!! First as a runner, now as a walker. However, we are very disappointed with @RoadrunnerSports as their customer service said we had to “eat” the cost of $150 shoes that had fallen apart after 45 days!! This company refused to do a refund/return on a 2020 model of Brooks Beast shoes only worn for a daily walk! First pair ever to have come apart!
