this review is long overdue. We refinanced our house with O'Malley's team 3 times and every time we have received great services. The whole team was excessively helpful and continually contacted me to just see how things were going and whenever paperwork was coming to me so that I knew what was coming and what was expected. The answered every question I had.

Easy experience. Rates given at the start of the process were consistent through to the end. Pricing was upfront. Totally online/phone experience with providing necessary documents. I was kept updated as my loan was processed. Was able to adapt to a difficult closing situation with minimal extra strain on me.
