Rob Popham did a amazing job for me as a lender. This is my second home loan. The first loan was a fha and was a complete nightmare. I expressed my concerns to rob right at the beginning and he said no worries,here is what you qualified for and we will make it happen. He was able to reassure me every time we spoke that everything looks good. The house closed in 30 days, with no problems, and Rob made the whole process very easy for me. I will highly recommend Rob to anyone else trying to obtain a home loan.
