Rob was personally great. We are not used to dealing with a mortgage company with a significant origination fee. So the policies of the company were the only issue.

Rob knows how complicated my situation was, and did everything he could to close on the house. He went above and beyond. I honestly thought I was wasting his and my time at a few points along the way, due to funding requirements. I'm driving my family across the country to move in right now, and I couldn't have done it if I had chosen a different lender.
Dillon is great at his job and obviously cares about humans. That's what we need more of in this world. Competence + giving a sh*t.
It was so Great going through Rob! His office walked us through every aspect of buying a home especially when we lived in a different state. They were always patient and kind when I couldn’t figure out paper work and signing docs from a far. I would absolutely use them again! In fact this is my second time with them! I even refinanced a california home through them.
Dillon explained everything to us so we could understand. Had our best interest at heart. He showed us all of our options. He is knowledgeable friendly and overall there to answer all your questions within an hour or two. Just in awe of his work ethic.
