Rob is always communicating and on top of the loan as he goes the extra mile and makes sure things are done efficiently.
Quick response and on top of everything to turn the loan around for me. Kept their promise to secure the loan quickly.
Mr. Purvis was highly knowledgeable, patient, and made sure that we were informed at every step of the journey. He took our calls after hours (on his cell no less!) and even once on a Sunday. He was always kind, honest, and to the point.
