It was a great experience working with Velocio. As a first time home buyer, they were easy to get into contact with for questions and very transparent about the process. Quick turnaround on emails, phone calls, and documents as well.
Awesome experience for a first time homebuyer. The process can be intimidating, but we promptly notified of what, how, and why things needed to be done. Any questions were answered within 1-2 hours, if not immediately via phone. I really appreciate the professionalism and knowledge from everyone involved.
