This was my first loan with VanDyk Mortgage and they made the process very easy by always being available to answer questions. The online portal is also a great feature, it make submitting documents easy and you know exactly what is needed at all times.
Taylor made me feel very confident and comfortable with the whole refinancing process. Excellent communication was provided with guiding us on what to expect thought the refinance.
In general it was more organized / streamlined than my 3 most recent refinances with BBVA, LoanDepot.com, and Union Savings Bank (who, seriously practice business in the 90s)
Robert and his team were a joy to work with. They were personal and answered any and all questions I had very quickly! Would recommend to anyone!
Every step of the process was explained with detail (and videos for that matter) to help me know how the mortgage was progressing.
