Robby is great; one of the best in the business. My whole selling and buying experience was, unfortunately, ridden with issues. But none of those issues had to do with my loan officer. Some, however, had to do with my buyer's loan officer which made me all the more grateful for Robby and his professionalism, expertise, and communication!

In the early planning stage, when we weren't yet sure if we were selling or renting our current home, if we were buying or building our new home, etc., Robby talked out all the options with us so we were fully informed. Then, once we settled on purchasing, in spite of the current crazy market, he took every effort to push the loan process through as quickly as possible and with no delays.
