Robby demonstrated proficiency using his years of experience to help me remain confident and patient for the duration of our mortgage process. At the end of each day, he was always a phone call away. He kept us informed on where we were at on our loan process and what we needed to complete it. His knowledge and professionalism made it a painless experience even though we had a couple of issues that most applicants don’t have to deal with. He dealt with it for us and got the issues resolved.
