I absolutely adore Dr. Bauer! I’ve met with a lot of mental health providers over the years and Dr. Bauer is the most experienced, attentive, professional and caring psychiatrist I’ve ever met. He truly cares for my well being, as I’m sure he does all his patients. I will continue to refer friends and family to him. He’s a great doctor!!
Overall I'm satisfied with care but there are areas where service could improve 1. Sound connection during virtual calls is "spotty" 2. the patient portal says by message that prescriptions can be delta with online...I find that is not the case... and being able to communicate with Dr's or therapist should be able to go directly to them by email ...however I am able to message using the portal ..just seems delayed? The care I have received has been adequate and professional... ..
Dr. Bauer is a wonderful Doctor. I feel very comfortable when talking to him, he listens very well, he explains things to me, I never feel rushed when I am in his office and he truly cares. I recommend Dr. Bauer highly.
